goBeyondProfit, a statewide alliance launched by business leaders for business leaders has opened its annual Executive Survey for participation. 

Senior business executives in Georgia are invited to participate in the brief survey by clicking here. 

Each year, goBeyondProfit conducts a set of anonymous surveys to understand the role generosity plays in daily business in Georgia. The goBeyondProfit executive survey is paired with an employee survey that is currently collecting the opinions of employed Georgians. 

Those who complete the Executive Survey will receive priority access to the comparative data and resulting insights from both employed adults and peer business leaders. 

Survey questions explore top priorities in Georgia including what employees consider generous versus essential benefits; what do employees mean when they say they value flexibility; and what is the state of mental health in the workplace, and what can employers do to help their employees.
