From dehumidifiers to backyard mosquito treatments, Adams Exterminators offers the latest in pest control services. Established in 1971, the business serves all of southwest Georgia with employees across the region. It’s a family-owned and operated business run by Jeff Sinyard and his sons Bridges and Stuart.

“We started offering dehumidification systems about four years ago to eliminate moisture issues in crawl spaces,” said Stuart Sinyard.

“Most insects prefer a moist environment so these systems help prevent termites and other pests while also stopping fungus from growing on the wood members.”

The service has worked very well, according to Sinyard. Another popular service is mosquito treatment.

“We’ve had a substantial amount of rain this year and we’re receiving an increased amount of calls about mosquitoes. It’s a service we added in 2006 and it works extremely well,” Sinyard said.

Adams professionals use a backpack blower to treat yards for mosquitoes. The mist lands on the tops and bottoms of foliage to kill mosquitoes that typically reside there during the middle of the day. At the same time, Adams will treat any standing water with safe products to prevent breeding and not hurt wildlife. Monthly mosquito treatment is advisable in southwestern Georgia from March to October.

Adams Exterminators is striving to provide the best customer service and cutting edge products in southwest Georgia, according to Sinyard. More information on Adams Exterminator is available at www.adams-exterminators.com.
